Will a Landmine Bar Fit Your Attachment?
Yes. It fits standard 2-inch landmine sleeves, the spec on virtually every landmine attachment, corner setup and rack-mounted landmine. No adapters. Every size we make takes 550 lb, so the fit question and the load question have the same answer whichever bar you pick. That is the whole answer. The rest of this is for people who want to check their own setup before they order, and for the size question that comes next.

What the fit actually depends on
The sleeve is the tube your bar end drops into. Standard is 2 inches internal, the same diameter as the sleeve on an Olympic bar, and it became standard because that is what everything got built around.
So the compatibility question is usually already answered before you ask it. If your attachment takes a normal Olympic bar end today, it takes ours. There is no proprietary fitting, no collar to swap, nothing to shim. Go and check yours if you want certainty: drop an Olympic bar end into it, and if that seats and pivots freely you are done.
The three common ways a landmine gets anchored all use that same sleeve, and we build for all three. A sleeve-mounted unit slides onto a post or sits in a plate-loaded base on the floor. Rack-mounted units bolt to an upright and put the pivot at whatever height you set it. The corner unit is the oldest version of this, a sleeve seated into the corner of a room, and it still works fine.
Where the pivot sits changes where the arc of the movement sits, which changes how a press or a row feels in your hands. It does not change whether the bar fits. Pick the anchor that suits your space, because it is the same bar in all three.
What else you need, and what it holds
A landmine attachment, sleeve-mounted, rack-mounted or corner, and standard Olympic plates. That is it.
Nothing else is required. No adapter, no sleeve reducer, no special collars. If you already train on a landmine, you almost certainly own everything except the bar.
On load, we rate every size at 550 lb. We say that plainly because people assume the shorter, lighter bars must be the weaker ones and then ration their loading to match. They are not. The rating does not vary across the range, so choosing between our sizes is a question of reach, grip and starting weight, never of how much you are allowed to put on the end.
Which size, now that you know it fits
Five sizes. Length sets your reach, weight sets your starting load, and the capacity is the same on all of them.
Fresh Bar, 15.5 lb at 77.0 in. Youth athletes, rehab, beginners, high-rep work.
Melo Bar, 25 lb at 78.4 in. Speed work, agility, youth athletes, light conditioning.
Velencia Bar, 34 lb at 87.0 in. Most athletes, general training, home gyms.
Spann Bar 2 Hybrid, 37 lb at 94.1 in. Athletes who want full reach with a lighter bar: flagship length, 25 mm grip.
Spann Bar, 43 lb at 94.1 in. The flagship. Advanced lifters, heavy landmine work, commercial gyms.
The two decisions that actually matter are how much room you have for the arc and what an empty bar should weigh before you load it. A bar that starts at 43 lb is a different first rep from one that starts at 15.5. We went through all of that properly in our size post in the Journal, including how length plays against ceiling height and how grip diameter changes a long set.
The one claim we make
The first and only patent-approved barbell designed for landmine sleeve attachment. Patent U.S. Patent No. D 1,105,306.
We are not going to tell you anything about anybody else's bar. What we will tell you is what ours is built for, which is this one job, and the fit spec above is a consequence of building for it rather than a compromise around it.
If your attachment takes an Olympic sleeve, you are ready. Pick the size that matches your reach and your starting load, and put it in the landmine you already own.
