Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every Spann Bar. If your bar isn't the right fit for your training, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Conditions

  • The bar must be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear, knurling damage, or finish damage.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the bar arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error — in which case Spann Fitness covers return shipping.

How to start a return

Email collis@spannfitness.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the bar arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

Refund processing

Once your returned bar is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items.

Damaged or defective items

If your Spann Bar arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Bars with visible signs of use, loading damage, or finish wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Custom orders or team/wholesale bulk orders (subject to separate terms)

Warranty

Every Spann Bar is also covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, which is separate from this return policy. See the FAQ or contact us for warranty claims.
