Shipping & Delivery

Every Spann Bar is shipped from our facility to your door with care.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your bar is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please email collis@spannfitness.com with your address for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

Transit time

Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent via email so you can follow your package.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly noted on the product page or in promotional emails.

Sold-out variants & coming-soon items

Variants marked “Coming Soon” are not currently available for purchase. To be notified when they are back in stock, email collis@spannfitness.com with the size you're interested in.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives despite tracking marking it as delivered, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at collis@spannfitness.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your bar.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the package ships. Reshipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur an additional shipping charge.
